Job Description: 3D Visualizer Role Overview We are looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer to transform 2D blueprints, sketches, and concepts into photo-realistic 3D renderings and immersive animations. In this role, you will work closely with design and marketing teams to bring architectural, interior, or product concepts to life before they are built. Key Responsibilities
Modeling & Rendering:
Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and photo-realistic renderings of architectural spaces, interiors, or products.
Lighting & Composition:
Set up accurate architectural lighting, daytime/nighttime environments, and camera angles to evoke the right mood.
Post-Production:
Enhance rendered images using Photoshop to add digital assets, adjust color balance, and insert realistic entourage (people, foliage, skies).
Collaboration:
Interpret design briefs, CAD drawings, and mood boards alongside architects and interior designers to ensure spatial accuracy.
Asset Management:
Maintain and organize a clean library of 3D models, textures, and materials. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer or in a similar role within architecture, interior design, or real estate.
Software Proficiency:
Advanced skills in 3ds Max, Blender, or Maya. Mastery of rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Unreal Engine. Strong post-production skills in Adobe Photoshop.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of scale, proportions, architectural materials, texturing, and realistic lighting setups.
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio showcasing high-end, photo-realistic interior and exterior renders is required. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Experience with real-time rendering or Virtual Reality (VR) walkthroughs. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit.
