Job Description

1. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Tele Caller to work from home, responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. This role offers a unique opportunity to earn a competitive income while working remotely.

2. Key Responsibilities

●Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective tele-calling techniques
●Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to increase brand awareness and loyalty
●Communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products and services to customers
●Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
●Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent effort and dedication
●Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions using our CRM system
●Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide authoritative advice to customers
●Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction

3. Required Skills

●Proficiency in English and Hindi (verbal and written) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
●Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organizational skills
●Basic computer skills with familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
●Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
●Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and self-motivate to achieve targets

4. Qualifications & Experience

●Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field
●Relevant experience in affiliate marketing or sales will be an added advantage
●Prior experience working from home or in a remote setup is desirable

5. Preferred Skills

●Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools
●Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies
●Certification in sales or marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) will be a plus
