Job Description
Role Overview We are seeking a talented and licensed Architect to lead projects from initial concept through to final construction. In this role, you will design aesthetically compelling, functional, and sustainable structures while ensuring all projects are technically sound, budget-compliant, and aligned with local building codes. Key Responsibilities
Concept & Design:
Develop innovative architectural concepts, space planning layouts, and detailed design schemes based on client briefs.
Documentation & Drafting:
Produce comprehensive construction drawings, detail sheets, specifications, and permit documentation.
Project Management:
Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors to seamlessly integrate systems into the architectural design.
Client Management:
Present design proposals to clients, manage feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Site Supervision:
Conduct periodic site visits to review progress, resolve design discrepancies, and ensure construction matches architectural intent. Requirements & Qualifications
Education & License:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) and valid professional registration/license. Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in an architectural firm working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
Software Proficiency:
Mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or Enscape).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, construction materials, and structural systems.
Portfolio:
A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, technical drafting skills, and completed or in-progress projects.
