Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis:

Maintenance & Repair:

Perform routine services (oil changes, tire rotations) and complex repairs on engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.

Quality Control:

Road test vehicles to confirm repairs are successful and meet standards.

Documentation:

Accurately record all work performed on repair orders.

Customer Service:

Explain diagnoses and repair needs clearly to clients.

Shop Upkeep:

Keep the work area clean, safe, and stocked with supplies. Essential

Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems. Problem-solving and attention to detail. Physical dexterity and strength. Ability to learn new technologies and earn certifications (e.g., ASE). Teamwork and good communication.
