Its edtech arm, Rise Fellowship, partners with schools to run outcome-based AI and entrepreneurship fellowships for Classes 5–12, and to award the “AI Certified School” / “AI Ready School” status through a national ranking system. Why this role exists? You will be the intelligence operator for your city’s school ecosystem. Your audits and rankings decide which schools get on the AI-ready map first and that drives partnerships and revenue. What you’ll do (Responsibilities) • Map all target schools in your city and maintain a live AI Readiness database (faculty, infra, policies, projects, participation). • Conduct structured AI Readiness Audits in schools using Rise Fellowship’s frameworks. • Convert raw audit data into clear scores, insights, and city rankings for internal and external use. • Prepare short, sharp audit briefings for the City Partnership Manager before every principal meeting. • Collaborate with Student & Parent teams to capture proof points: top projects, participation numbers, teacher initiatives. • Help publish quarterly District/City “AI Ready Schools” reports and support PR/social content around them. What success looks like (KPIs) • Consistent flow of high-quality audits (e.g., 8–10 schools/month). • High audit → warm lead rate (principals willing to discuss next steps). • On-time delivery of rankings and reports that are accurate and respected. Who you are • 0–3 years of experience in ops/research/field roles; freshers with hustle welcome. • Comfortable walking into schools, talking to coordinators/principals, and asking structured questions. • Strong with spreadsheets, documentation, and pattern recognition. • You care about fair, evidence-backed rankings, not jugaad numbers.
