Job Summary:
Drive sales and distribution strategies across your cluster to grow our payments bank business. You'll focus on team building, channel management, market analysis and achieving KPIs to scale our merchant and retail footprint. π―
Key Responsibilities:
βοΈ Sales
Strategy & KPI Delivery:
Plan and execute sales initiatives to expand payments bank services and achieve KPIs (new savings accounts, AEPS, Micro-ATM, money transfers, financial services, Fastag). βοΈ
Team & Partner Leadership:
Recruit, train, and lead Sales Officers and Area Sales Managers; manage bank channel partners to meet turnover and growth targets. βοΈ Merchant Onboarding &
Cash Operations:
Oversee merchant/retailer onboarding (QR services), drive engagement, and ensure seamless cash management through partners. βοΈ Market
Expansion & Insights:
Strengthen distribution in weaker/rural areas by appointing distributors, conduct daily market visits to identify gaps and competitor activity, and convert insights into growth opportunities. π Required Qualifications &
Experience:
βοΈ Bachelorβs degree or postgrad. βοΈ 8β12 years in FinTech or related industries with strong sales and KPI track record. βοΈ Extensive regional travel required. βοΈ Adaptable to new markets and stakeholders. βοΈ Experience monitoring inventory, competitor activity and distribution. βοΈ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
