The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of jewellery retail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Sales Executive Assist customers in selecting diamond and gold jewellery (rings, earrings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) Explain product details including diamond quality, certification, gold purity, and pricing Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue Maintain showroom presentation and product displays Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits Handle billing, documentation, and basic inventory coordination Store Manager Oversee day-to-day showroom operations and team management Drive sales performance and achieve store-level targets Manage inventory, stock movement, and merchandising standards Train, guide, and motivate sales staff Ensure high standards of customer service and brand presentation Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management Handle escalated customer concerns professionally Requirements Experience in jewellery retail preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset Knowledge of diamond jewellery, gold jewellery, and retail sales processes Leadership and team management skills (for Store Manager role) Why Join Kisna Diamond?
