💼 Job Type: Full-Time

⏳ Shift: 9 Hours | Rotational Shifts (5.5 Working Days)

🎓 Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers are welcome!)

​📝 Key Responsibilities:

​Support global customers via Calls, Chats & Emails.

​Handle customer queries and resolve concerns within Turnaround Time (TAT).

​Provide excellent support for e-commerce electronic supplies.

​Maintain strong communication and customer relationships.

​🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

​Excellent English communication skills (C1 & Above).

​Graduation is mandatory for freshers (Undergraduates with experience can apply).

​Basic knowledge of the e-commerce industry.

​Flexibility to work in a voice process.

​💰 Compensation & Benefits:

​Freshers CTC: Up to ₹27k

​Experienced CTC: Up to ₹35k

​🚖 Cab facility provided for evening & night shifts.

​💵 ₹180 daily travel allowance for male employees in evening/night shifts.
