Job Description

1. Job Overview The Customer Support role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers via multiple channels, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues. This position requires a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The goal is to deliver high-quality support, fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, providing clear explanations and solutions to customers.
Document customer interactions, maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and product, to resolve customer complaints and provide feedback.
Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support teams or management as needed.
Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, adhering to quality standards and metrics.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative support.
Participate in process improvements, suggesting changes to enhance customer experience and support efficiency.

3. Required

Skills Technical skills:
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, Microsoft Office, and basic computer troubleshooting.
Soft skills:
Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and remain patient in high-pressure situations.

4. Qualifications & Experience Graduation in any discipline, with a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a customer support or service environment. Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

5. Preferred Skills Fluency in multiple languages, experience with helpdesk software, and knowledge of customer support metrics and quality standards would be an added advantage. Certification in customer service or a related field can also be beneficial.
