Managing dairy and frozen food sections, including stocking, rotation, and merchandising.
Inventory & Sales:
Ordering products, managing stock levels, minimizing waste, tracking sales, and handling vendor relations.
Customer Service:
Assisting customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a clean, organized department.
Staff & Operations:
Training, scheduling, and supervising dairy staff; enforcing food safety and company policies. Leadership & Communication. Knowledge of dairy industry, regulations, and safety protocols. Business acumen (budgeting, sales, inventory). Problem-solving and decision-making. Relevant experience in agriculture, food science, or retail management.
