• Handle customer inquiries and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Track sales performance and generate basic reports.
• Optimize product listings and support online sales growth.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth business activities.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
