Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for manufacturing and plant operations

• Plan and execute bulk hiring drives to meet manpower requirements

• Coordinate with plant managers and department heads for workforce planning

• Source candidates through job portals, vendors, job fairs, and field recruitment

• Ensure timely onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities

• Build and maintain a strong recruitment pipeline to support business growth

• Track hiring metrics and prepare recruitment reports

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on blue-collar hiring

• Experience in the FMCG, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector preferred

• Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities

• Ability to handle bulk hiring and work in a fast-paced environment
