Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to reach target audiences and drive website traffic
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and websites
Analyze website analytics and social media metrics to optimize online presence and campaign performance
Build and maintain a strong online brand, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms
Identify and leverage new digital trends, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of the competition
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or services
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including budgeting and ROI analysis
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices, algorithms, and platform updates

3. Required Skills:

Technical skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and SEO platforms
Soft skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing

4. Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing online marketing campaigns
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

5. Preferred Skills:

Experience with e-commerce platforms, online payment gateways, and website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working with remote teams, with strong collaboration and communication skills
