Logistics Experience

Supply Chain Management:

Plan and manage all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control, to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Team Leadership:

Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of logistics staff to achieve operational targets and maintain high performance standards.

Carrier & Vendor Relations:

Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers, suppliers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize service and cost.

Operational Optimization:

Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Problem-Solving:

Proactively address and resolve any issues related to shipments, deliveries, or inventory discrepancies.

Qualifications Experience:

Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain management role.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of logistics software and inventory management systems. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
