Position: Marketing Executive
Company: Seelon Waterproofing (Shri Hanuman Chemical Works)
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites daily to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, engineers, and project consultants.
- Promote and demonstrate Seelon Waterproofing products.
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical guidance with support from the company.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and ongoing projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on quotations, payments, and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Graduate or Diploma (preferred).
- Experience in construction materials, waterproofing, paints, chemicals, or building products is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting.
