Data Management:
Maintain and update daily registers, spreadsheets, and basic data entry records.
Office Coordination:
Handle incoming calls, manage general office correspondence (emails/letters), and greet visitors.
Documentation:
Assist in organizing, filing, and scanning physical and digital documents.
Logistics Support:
Manage office supplies inventory, coordinate basic outdoor errands, and assist team members with administrative tasks.Requirements &
QualificationsEducation:
Graduate or Higher Secondary ($12^{\text{th}}$ Pass) with basic computer knowledge.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet/email usage.
Language:
Fluent in Hindi; basic understanding and typing skills in English.
