Operations Executive

Job Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, managing drivers and vehicles, handling customer requirements, and ensuring service excellence. You’ll play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned city/region.
Coordinate with drivers and ensure vehicle availability as per demand.
Monitor trip schedules, vehicle tracking, and timely reporting.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide resolution promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
Manage vendor relations, fuel, and maintenance records.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations and performance metrics.
Support business growth initiatives and promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transport industry preferred (freshers with strong skills may apply).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities (Hindi & English).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
