BSc, MSc, BTech/ Diploma (Mining) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Head / Operations Head to lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the Minerals processing plant. The candidate will be responsible for plant operations, production planning, project execution, quality control, maintenance, manpower management, cost optimisation, and ensuring smooth coordination between mining, production, dispatch, and management teams.

Plant &

Operations Management:

Oversee complete plant operations for Ball Clay mineral processing and production. Ensure smooth and continuous plant functioning with optimum productivity. Monitor production targets, operational efficiency, and process improvements. Implement best operational practices to reduce downtime and increase output.

Project Management:

Lead plant setup, expansion, and project execution activities. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and technical teams for project completion. Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget. Handle machinery installation, commissioning, and process stabilisation. Production

Planning & Quality Control:

Develop production schedules based on customer requirements and dispatch plans. Maintain product quality standards as per industry and customer specifications. Coordinate with QC teams for testing and quality assurance. Optimise raw material utilisation and minimise wastage. Team

Handling & Administration:

Lead and manage production, maintenance, quality, and operational teams. Monitor workforce productivity and discipline. Conduct regular training and performance evaluations of plant staff. Ensure proper shift management and manpower planning.

Maintenance & Safety:

Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. Maintain compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and environmental norms. Promote a safe working culture within the plant.

Cost Control & Reporting:

Monitor operational costs and implement cost-saving initiatives. Prepare MIS reports related to production, plant performance, inventory, and project status. Coordinate with senior management for operational planning and business growth strategies.
