Relationship Executive – Operations (Sales & KYC + Sales)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Executive who will handle operations along with direct sales of financial products like Mutual Funds and Demat Accounts. The role requires client handling, KYC processing, and actively contributing to revenue generation. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Sales & Business Development Generate leads and convert them into clients Sell Mutual Funds, Demat Accounts, and other financial products Achieve monthly sales targets Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients Maintain a strong sales pipeline 🔹 Operations & KYC Handle end-to-end client onboarding and KYC documentation Ensure accurate and compliant processing of client records Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening Maintain MIS and client database 🔹 Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term client relationships Provide investment-related assistance (basic level) Resolve client queries efficiently Ensure high client satisfaction Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Finance preferred) 0–3 years experience in sales / operations / financial services Knowledge of Mutual Funds & Demat Accounts (preferred) Strong communication and convincing skills Target-driven mindset Basic MS Excel knowledge Key Competencies Sales orientation & negotiation skills Client relationship management Attention to detail Time management Team coordination Performance Metrics (KPI) Monthly sales targets (MF + Demat accounts) KYC completion & accuracy rate Client onboarding turnaround time Client satisfaction score Why Join Us?
