1. Job Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market and excellent sales skills. The role will involve meeting sales targets and expanding our customer base. 

2. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new sales leads to achieve sales targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business * Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity * Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base * Negotiate and close deals with clients * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction * Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales plans * Analyze sales data to optimize sales performance and achieve targets 

3. Required Skills: * Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools * Soft skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

4. Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry * Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base
