We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, your primary focus will be on expanding our client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and selling our core digital solutions, including Web Development, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and email outreach.
Consultative Selling:
Understand the unique business challenges of prospects and propose customized digital marketing and web solutions.
Revenue Growth:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company growth.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and encourage referrals.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities to position our services effectively.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and forecasts in the CRM. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Sales (experience in a Digital Agency or IT Services is a strong plus).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi/regional languages is an advantage).
Negotiation:
Strong ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
Tech Savvy:
Basic understanding of website platforms, SEO, and social media advertising.
