Job Description – Sales Executive/Manager

Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager
Location: Bikaner
Industry: FMCG / Dairy
Experience: 2–5 years (Experience in FMCG or Dairy industry will be preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to management.
Execute sales promotions, schemes, and marketing activities effectively.
Regularly track secondary and primary sales, and prepare reports for management.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the distribution network.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
Proven track record in FMCG/Dairy sales will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of the Bikaner market and surrounding areas.
Willingness to travel within the territory.
