Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Partnership Associate for Schools to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in the education sector. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and sales.

2. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales leads, converting them into long-term partnerships with schools across India.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, principals, and decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings to schools.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, to stay updated on new offerings and develop targeted sales strategies.
Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the education sector to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing performance and providing insights to improve future sales outcomes.

Required Skills:
The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in sales and business development principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion, is essential. The candidate should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Fluency in English and local languages (such as Hindi) is necessary, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software being desirable.

4. Qualifications &

Experience:
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the education sector. A strong understanding of the Indian education system, including school operations and decision-making processes, is essential.

5.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with sales automation tools, data analysis software, and social media platforms would be an added advantage. Familiarity with the education technology (EdTech) industry, including products and services catering to schools, would be beneficial. A postgraduate degree or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field can also be an advantage.
