Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Motivate the Team:
Inspire and guide sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets through effective coaching and mentoring.
Set Sales Goals:
Establish clear sales objectives and develop strategies to achieve them, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
Monitor Performance:
Track sales metrics and performance indicators, providing feedback and support to team members to enhance their effectiveness.
Develop Sales Strategies:
Create and implement sales plans that drive revenue growth and improve market penetration. Customer
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise during the sales process.
Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of products and services.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, is essential. Leadership experience is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are critical. Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools is also beneficial.
