Job Title: Technical Support Representative

Location: Jaipur

Work Schedule:

- Work From Office - WFO only

- 5.5 days of working with rotational shifts (majorly night shifts)

- 9.5 hours per day, including 1 hour of break

- Rotational week-offs

- Cabs available both ways for odd hours only ( 50% cost from emp)

Salary and Benefits:

- UG/G + F = 30K (27000 CTC + 3000 PLI)

- UG/G + 1 yr min Expr = 32K (28,800 CTC + 3,200 PLI)

Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) will be added to the salary dependent on KPIs & KRAs like- login hours, attendance, QA score, CSAT- DSAT, etc

Requirements:

- Graduates & Undergraduates both can apply

- Excellent communication skills

- Good Technical aptitude

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

- No leaves allowed for the first three months, except for weekly offs
