Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, explaining our products/services, and scheduling appointments or closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers from a given database to pitch our products or services.
- Lead Qualification: Identify customer needs, answer questions, and qualify prospects for the sales team.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, customer responses, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, or sales conversions.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (freshers welcome).
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in [Insert Language, e.g., English/Hindi].
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to handle customer objections gracefully.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
