Job Description

Job Summary The Telecaller will act as the first point of contact for students interested in educational programs. The role focuses on promoting courses, answering queries, conducting follow-ups, and facilitating enrollment. This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain accurate records in a CRM system. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce courses and programs. Respond to inbound inquiries related to courses, fees, schedules, and admissions. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure students have all necessary information for enrollment. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and student interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process. Stay updated on the latest programs, offerings, and course updates. Meet performance targets, including lead conversion and student enrollment goals. Provide accurate information and guidance to prospective students to help them make informed decisions
