Freedom Cars is a fast-growing self-drive car rental platform operating across multiple cities in Rajasthan and Gujarat. We provide customers the freedom to drive their own journey with a wide range of vehicles and easy booking options. Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Calls & Inquiry Handling • Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries about car rentals. • Provide complete information about vehicle availability, pricing, and rental policies. 2. Booking Management • Assist customers in confirming bookings via phone or WhatsApp. • Enter and manage booking details in the system accurately. • Coordinate with the operations team for vehicle availability and delivery. 3. Lead Conversion • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. • Follow up with potential customers who showed interest but have not yet booked. 4. Customer Support • Address customer concerns regarding booking, documents, pickup, and return. • Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to booking confirmation. 5. WhatsApp & Online Communication • Respond to booking inquiries received via WhatsApp and other digital platforms. • Share vehicle details, pricing, and booking instructions. 6. Record Keeping • Maintain daily call logs, inquiry data, and booking records. • Update customer information in CRM or booking sheets.
