Job Description

1. Job Overview The Telly Caller will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing them with information and resolving their queries via telephone. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and results-driven.

2. Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers, addressing their queries and concerns related to financial services and products.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, gather feedback, and offer additional services or products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, issues, and resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call handling targets, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

3. Required Skills The candidate should possess technical skills such as proficiency in computer applications, excellent typing skills, and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Soft skills required include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additionally, the candidate should be fluent in Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.

4. Qualifications & Experience The candidate should have a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or telemarketing environment. A graduate degree in any field is required, with a strong emphasis on excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Preferred Skills Experience in the financial services industry, familiarity with financial products and services, and certification in customer service or a related field would be an added advantage. Proficiency in additional languages, such as regional languages, would also be beneficial in interacting with a diverse customer base.
