Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Edtech Volunteer to foster strong relationships with schools and manage operations, promoting educational technology integration. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and experience in volunteer management or education sector. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our educational initiatives.
2. Key Responsibilities:
●Develop and maintain relationships with school administrators, teachers, and staff to promote Edtech programs and services.
●Coordinate logistics and operations for Edtech workshops, training sessions, and events in schools.
●Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective Edtech solutions for schools.
●Conduct needs assessments and provide recommendations for Edtech integration in schools.
●Manage and track Edtech resource allocation, usage, and feedback from schools.
●Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring smooth Edtech program delivery.
●Create and disseminate promotional materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content, to raise awareness about Edtech initiatives.
●Monitor and evaluate the impact of Edtech programs on student learning outcomes and school operations.

Required Skills:
Technical skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic knowledge of Edtech tools and platforms.
Soft skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
4. Qualifications &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in education, volunteer management, or a related field. Experience working with schools, Edtech companies, or non-profit organizations is highly desirable.
5.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with learning management systems, educational software, and data analytics tools. Knowledge of Indian education policies, curriculum, and Edtech landscape. Familiarity with volunteer management software and CRM systems. Certification in education, Edtech, or a related field is a plus.
