Food & Beverage (F&B) Steward

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and well-groomed F&B Steward to deliver a high-end dining experience to our guests. The ideal candidate will maintain luxury service standards, pay close attention to detail, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome guests with a professional demeanor and provide personalized dining service.

* Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.

* Take precise orders and upsell items where appropriate.

* Serve fine-dining meals and beverages according to established hotel/restaurant protocols.

* Ensure impeccable table settings, including fine silverware, glassware, and linens.

* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and handle any feedback gracefully.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or a degree/diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality.

* Prior experience in a fine dining restaurant or a 3/4/5-star hotel.

* Excellent verbal communication skills.

* Well-mannered, polite, and professionally groomed.

* Ability to handle pressure and multi-task efficiently.
