Genuine employers will never ask you to pay money for an interview, training, laptop, or background check. If a recruiter asks for any form of payment or registration fee, it is likely a scam. Please report such employers to us immediately.

2. Protect Your Personal Information

Do not share sensitive personal information such as your bank account details, credit card numbers, OTPs, or Aadhaar/PAN card details with unknown recruiters over the phone or email.

3. Verify the Employer

Always do a quick online search about the company before attending an interview. Check their official website, LinkedIn page, and physical address. Be wary of companies that use generic email addresses (like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com) instead of a company domain.

4. Trust Your Instincts

If a job offer seems too good to be true (e.g., offering a very high salary for a work-from-home data entry job with no experience required), it probably is. Always apply critical thinking before accepting any offers.
