About the Role

We are seeking a precise and reliable Junior Draftsman to join our technical team in Bikaner. You will be responsible for converting rough sketches into detailed 2D architectural drawings and working plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D architectural drawings (floor plans, elevations, and sections) in AutoCAD.
• Assist senior draftsmen/architects with revisions and detail drafting.
• Convert preliminary hand sketches into clean, organized CAD layouts.
• Organize and maintain digital CAD files according to office standards.

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
• Basic understanding of architectural scales, units, and construction drawing standards.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

2. Short JD: Senior Draftsman

Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan

Firm: DLM Architects & Interiors

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Civil/Architectural Drafting (Degree in Civil/Architecture is a plus)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Draftsman to oversee architectural drafting, produce high-precision working drawings, and ensure smooth coordination between design plans and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete working drawing packages (civil drawings, structural layout, plumbing, electrical/MEP details, and joinery details).
• Review and verify drawings produced by junior draftsmen for technical accuracy and scale.
• Coordinate directly with site engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve drafting discrepancies.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local building bylaws and architectural standards.

Skills Required

• Advanced command of AutoCAD (2D & 3D); working knowledge of Revit or SketchUp is a strong advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of building materials, structural detailing, and site execution requirements.
• Proven experience in leading drafting teams and managing drawing revisions efficiently.
