About the Role

We are looking for an active and reliable Junior Site Supervisor to monitor daily on-site construction and interior activities in Bikaner. You will serve as the eyes and ears of the firm on-site, ensuring work strictly aligns with approved architectural drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, laborer attendance, and task execution.
• Ensure execution matches provided architectural, interior, and structural drawings.
• Maintain daily site logs, track material usage, and report progress to Senior Supervisors/Architects.
• Inspect incoming construction materials for quality and correct quantity.

Skills Required

• Ability to read and interpret 2D architectural drawings and floor plans.
• Basic understanding of civil construction, masonry, interior finishes, and shuttering work.
• Good communication skills in Hindi/Rajasthani to coordinate with local labor and contractors.

2. Short JD: Senior Site Supervisor

Location: Bikaner, Rajasthan

Firm: DLM Architects & Interiors

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or 7+ years of hands-on site experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Site Supervisor / Site Engineer to manage site execution, quality control, labor coordination, and project timelines across multiple residential and commercial projects in Bikaner.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise complete on-site construction, structural work, MEP installation, and high-end interior execution.
• Coordinate with contractors, structural engineers, vendors, and clients to resolve site challenges promptly.
• Verify contractor bills, measure work completed on-site, and manage project timelines/schedules.
• Enforce strict quality control, material testing, safety standards, and finishing precision.

Skills Required

• Expertise in reading complex working drawings, structural details, and MEP layouts.
• Strong knowledge of local construction practices, concrete mixing standards, finishing work (pop, tiles, woodwork, painting), and material sourcing in Bikaner.
