About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team in Bikaner. You will work closely with senior designers on residential, commercial, and interior design projects, handling everything from conceptual drawings to detailed execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D working drawings, layout plans, and detailed architectural drawings (AutoCAD).
• Create high-quality 3D visual models and renderings (SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max / V-Ray).
• Assist senior architects in client presentations, site visits, and material selection.
• Coordinate with site engineers and vendors to ensure designs are executed as planned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture). COA registration is a plus.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in architectural design and interior projects.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software.
• Good communication skills and a strong eye for detail, proportions, and spatial design.

2. Senior Architect (5+ Years Experience)

Position Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead project teams, handle complex architectural & interior projects, and manage end-to-end delivery. You will oversee concept development, structural coordination, client management, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept through final site handover (Residential, Commercial, Hospitality).
• Review and approve working drawings, structural plans, and interior detailing.
• Manage client communications, pitch presentations, and project budgets/schedules.
• Guide junior architects and coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, and site supervisors.
• Ensure projects adhere to local Bikaner building codes, norms, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Arch or M.Arch with COA Registration.
• Experience: 5+ years of core experience in architectural design & site execution.
• Software: Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, 3D visualization tools, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, project management, and on-site problem-solving abilities.
