QA Tester / QA Engineer

AVR Software Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Tester / QA Engineer to join our team in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

We are open to both freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in software quality, good analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify, document, and communicate software issues effectively.

You will work closely with developers, designers, and other team members to ensure our web and mobile applications meet quality and usability standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing of web and mobile applications.

• Understand project requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.

• Execute test cases and identify software bugs, defects, and inconsistencies.

• Document and report bugs clearly with appropriate steps to reproduce.

• Perform retesting and regression testing after bugs are fixed.

• Collaborate with developers and other team members to investigate and resolve issues.

• Verify that new features and enhancements work as expected.

• Test applications across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.

• Maintain proper documentation of test cases, test results, and reported issues.

• Participate in requirement discussions and provide QA feedback.

• Continuously improve testing processes and overall product quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates with 1+ year of experience are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA processes.

• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.

• Understanding of functional and regression testing.

• Ability to write clear and structured test cases.

• Good knowledge of bug/defect reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of web and mobile application testing is preferred.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, or similar testing tools will be an added advantage.
