About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales cum Back Office Executive to join our team at Wethonic, Bikaner. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic financial knowledge, and the ability to manage both client-facing sales activities as well as back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Interaction:

Generate leads and convert them into clients for financial products and services.

Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support.

Explain financial services, products, and offers clearly to potential customers.

Achieve sales targets set by the management.

Back Office Operations:

Handle client documentation, data entry, and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth workflow.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.

Assist in client KYC verification, account updates, and follow-ups.

Requirements

Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business or any relevant field.

1–3 years of experience in Sales / Back Office / Financial Services preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.
