Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our Lenovo Exclusive Store at Vishvam Computers. In this role, you will be the face of our retail store, helping customers find the perfect Lenovo laptops, desktops, and accessories to fit their needs. Your goal is to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive retail sales, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Consultation: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their computing requirements (for students, professionals, or gamers), and demonstrate relevant Lenovo products.
Sales Conversion: Achieve monthly sales targets for Lenovo hardware, extended warranties, and software add-ons.
Store Management: Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, ensure product display units are clean and working, and monitor stock levels.
Billing & CRM: Handle retail billing transactions accurately and update customer details in the system for warranty and follow-ups.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Lenovo technology, features, and ongoing promotional offers.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, smartphones, or computers (Tech-savvy freshers with great communication are welcome to apply).
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical specifications in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and local Rajasthani dialect; basic understanding of English is a plus.
Education: Graduate or Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
