School Teacher (English Medium) – Classes 1 to 12

Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in a relevant subject with B.Ed./M.Ed. (as per CBSE/State norms)

Job Responsibilities: Teaching & Lesson Planning: Deliver high-quality lessons in the assigned subject (up to Class 12th). Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and structured curriculum as per school standards. Incorporate modern teaching methodologies, including digital tools, to enhance learning. Student Development: Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity among students. Assess and monitor students’ academic performance regularly. Provide remedial support and extra guidance to weaker students. Classroom & Behavior Management: Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom. Foster values, ethics, and good communication skills in students. Evaluation & Reporting: Conduct tests, assignments, and examinations as per the academic calendar. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development. Other Duties: Actively participate in school activities, cultural programs, and events. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff for academic and extracurricular growth. Stay updated with latest educational practices, CBSE/State board guidelines, and NEP policies. Key Requirements: Strong command over subject knowledge and English communication. Passion for teaching with patience, creativity, and dedication. Ability to handle students of different age groups (Primary, Secondary & Senior Secondary). Proficiency in using smart boards, projectors, and e-learning tools. Flexibility to contribute in academic and extracurricular activities.

Eligibility Criteria: Graduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject (English, Science, Mathematics, Social Science, Commerce, etc.) B.Ed./M.Ed. is mandatory (as per CBSE norms). Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred (Freshers with strong subject command may apply).
