Job Description
1. Job Overview We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to develop and implement engaging content strategies across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and a passion for creating innovative content. This role will play a key part in building and maintaining our online presence.
2. Key Responsibilities
●Develop and curate high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
●Conduct research to stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry news
●Create and implement a content calendar to ensure consistency and efficiency in content publication
●Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content
●Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement
●Develop and manage social media campaigns to achieve specific business objectives
●Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
●Stay within budget and ensure cost-effectiveness in content creation and campaign execution
3. Required Skills
●Technical skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.), content management systems (WordPress, etc.), and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
●Soft skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Qualifications & Experience
●Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
●Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related field
●Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing successful social media campaigns
5. Preferred Skills
●Experience with video creation and editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
●Knowledge of SEO principles and their application in social media content creation
●Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.) and experience with running paid social media campaigns
●Certification in digital marketing or social media management (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
