Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure smooth compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern accounting software and local statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities
Daily Bookkeeping:
Record and verify daily financial transactions, invoices, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
Tax Compliance:
Assist in preparing and filing timely GST, TDS, and basic income tax computations.
Ledger Management:
Maintain precise accounts receivable (customer payments) and accounts payable (vendor bills).
Reporting:
Prepare basic monthly financial statements, including profit & loss sheets and cash flow summaries. Requirements &
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
Software Skills:
High proficiency in Tally Prime or ERP software, along with solid skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, basic formulas).
Knowledge:
Good working understanding of GST rules, TDS mechanisms, and general Indian accounting standards.
Attributes:
High level of accuracy, integrity, and strong organizational skills.
