Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an ERP Executive to manage and monitor our factory ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily entry and updating of production data in ERP
- Track orders from raw material to weaving, finishing, QC, packing and dispatch
- Monitor production status and pending orders
- Maintain yarn/material issue and consumption records
- Track weaver/loom production and pending quantities
- Coordinate with Production, Store, Finishing, QC, Packing and Dispatch departments
- Check ERP data for missing or incorrect entries
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS/production reports
- Highlight delayed orders and production bottlenecks to management
- Maintain accurate inventory and production records
- Assist staff in proper use of ERP software
- Coordinate with ERP software team for issues and improvements
Candidate Requirements
- Good knowledge of computers and MS Excel
- Experience working on ERP/MIS software preferred
- Good understanding of data entry and reporting
- Ability to coordinate with different departments
- Good analytical and follow-up skills
- Experience in manufacturing/factory ERP will be preferred
Important: This is not only a data-entry job. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that ERP data accurately reflects the actual production and order status of the factory.
